Steven Trimmer of Kirtland, OH won $11,971 at Seneca Poker’s Allegany Hillside Poker Challenge, a no-limit Texas Hold ‘em tournament at Seneca Allegany Casino & Hotel in Salamanca, NY on February 17. 

One hundred forty-one participants competed for the $40,608 prize pool and eighteen players finished “in the money”. The buy-in for the event was $300+$30.  The tournament was the culmination of a week of events which included giveaways, the first couples-only tournament, satellites, and the main No-Limit Texas Hold ‘em event.  During the Royal Treatment giveaway players were awarded with gift certificates to the Casino’s many amenities, tournament buy-ins, and Greg Ralph of Limestone, NY received a $2,000 travel certificate for Geneva-On-the-Lake Resort.
